Novartis Integrated Marketing Summer Internship

About the Role: 

  

This is an Undergraduate level internship program for rising juniors and seniors only. 

  

We seek to recruit the best and brightest to help us with our mission. During your internship, you will be doing meaningful work alongside extraordinarily talented and diverse people from around the globe, all committed to making a difference for patients and customers.  

Summer internship assignments are based on business needs, candidate interests and skills. Interns will be assigned to a position within Integrated Marketing where interns will work on projects that will impact the business and provide them with an overview of the healthcare industry. Assignment concludes with a final presentation with recommendations to senior leaders. 

  

You may have the opportunity to work in one of the following areas: 

  • Marketing Operations
  • Marketing Strategy
  • Customer Experience & Optimization
  • Product Management (Marketing Technology)
  • Content Lab

Role Requirements: 

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing BA/BS degree (rising Juniors or Seniors) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Professional experience: Internship experience in healthcare industry a plus.
  • Must be willing to participate in a full-time 10 week internship program in our East Hanover office. 
  • You are curious, agile, self-aware, innovative and a strategic thinker.
  • You are willing to work in an environment of constant change
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize.
  • Strong academic background; GPA of 3.2 or higher
