About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Restoration Inspector to join our team. This role involves assessing restoration projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining high-quality outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of restoration projects (water, fire, mold, or environmental damage).
• Verify adherence to safety regulations and restoration protocols.
• Document findings and prepare detailed inspection reports.
• Communicate with project managers and clients regarding progress and compliance issues.
• Recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or related field.
• Knowledge of restoration standards (IICRC preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
