Primary Sales Representative

              PRIMARY SALES REPRESENTATIVE WITH JSD MANAGEMENT, INC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
 

  • Identify, solicit and acquire new clients daily, in an effort to secure new business
     
  • Maintain knowledge, understanding and compliance with our policies and procedures and monthly requirements relative to sales quota attainment
     
  • Average 3.45 hours of phone time per day, ensuring 100 phone calls per day, a minimum of 15 clients or more placed per month & a minimum of 60 brochures sent per month
     
  • Act as a liaison with our clients to ensure your goals are met
     
  • Support associates, within our organization, regarding required information
     
  • Handle client requests, inquiries and issues professionally

 REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED required
     
  • 2+ years sales, sales management or business experience in a commercial collection sales agency preferred
     
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic and drive to succeed
     
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, written and oral communication skills
     
  • Must be articulate when communicating with business owners, credit and collection managers, and other appropriate contacts regarding aged receivables and business needs
     
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team setting
     
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required
