COMPENSATION – 100% Commission with Projected Income of $75,000 - $250,000 a year within 3 years.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE – Traits and Attributes
- Possesses a California Real Estate Salesperson License or ability to obtain a real estate license
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and analyze materials and documents
- Capable of multi-tasking and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated entrepreneurial “go-getter” with endless inner drive and a desire to “win”
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience in commercial real estate or related field, and sales experience preferred, but not required
